I’m an Alpine Snowboarder from Toronto, Ontario, proud to have represented Canada on the World Cup circuit across the globe for 3 years, striving to achieve my goal of winning a medal at the Olympics. I started snowboarding when I was 7 years old and I’ve been competing internationally since I was 17. I joined the National Development team when I was 18 and earned a spot on the National team when I was 20.
The biggest triumph in my career so far was winning gold in both Parallel Slalom and Parallel Giant Slalom at the 2022 Junior World Championships. Coming into Junior Worlds I had not performed as well as I had hoped that season, however, I knew I had put in the work and had to trust the process. I overcame early season setbacks in missing out on Olympic qualification by reshaping this disappointment into motivation. I now know what I am capable of achieving and have been building on this success.
These last 2 seasons I have improved dramatically hitting new personal bests every season and breaking into the top 30 World Cup overall. However, a lot of work goes into achieving these results. I train consistently year-round. In the summer I bike extensively and weight train at the Canadian Sport Institute Ontario (CSIO) while working grounds crew at a golf course. When our on-snow training starts in the fall, I travel wherever is necessary to get quality preseason training as it's a critical part of preparing for the World Cup season that begins in December. I self-fund my travels, training camps, accommodations, lift passes, race fees, and equipment. To compete with the best in the world is a significant financial commitment
This season I plan to have another breakthrough, hitting new personal bests and making it into the overall World Cup top 20 . I have the privilege to compete for my country at the highest level and I really appreciate that opportunity.
With your help, I believe I can be a serious medal contender at the 2026 Olympic Winter Games
