I’m Hunter Belle Hall, a 14-year-old freestyle skier from Montreal, Quebec. I’ve been skiing since I was 3 years old, and it’s always been my favorite thing to do. I started with alpine racing when I was 6, but by the time I was 11, I knew freestyle was what I really wanted to do. Slopestyle and Big Air let me be creative and push myself to try new tricks, which is what I love most about skiing.
When I was 12, I joined the Quebec Slopestyle Team and started the Sports-Études program at John Rennie High School. Balancing school and training can be tough sometimes, but I know it’s all part of making my dreams happen.
Last season was a huge step for me. I won the Rising Star Athlete award, grabbed two golds in Big Air at the Horseshoe Canada Cup, and earned double gold at the Canadian Junior Nationals. Competing at the Senior National Canadian Championship as a Wild Card Athlete was amazing—I got bronze in Big Air and finished 4th in Slopestyle.
This year, I’m focused on Nor-Am FIS events and qualifying for the World Junior Championship. To make that happen, I’m looking to raise $75,000 to cover training, travel, and competitions. Your support means everything—it’ll help me keep pushing my limits and chasing my goals.
Someday, I want to make it to the Canadian National Freestyle Team, compete at the X-Games, and maybe even represent Canada at the Olympics.
Thank you for believing in me and being part of my journey!
Go Big,
Hunter Belle
