Katie Combaluzier | Snow Athletes Canada

Katie Combaluzier is from Toronto Ontario, and grew up skiing and racing Craigleith Ski Club in Collingwood. Following a skiing accident in 2018 which left her a paraplegic, Katie took up sit skiing. She joined the Canadian Para Alpine Ski Team in 2022, and competed at the World Championships in Norway, taking home silver medals in downhill and super G, and a bronze in GS. She competed at the 2022 Winter Paralympics in Beijing, finishing 7th and 8th in slalom and GS respectively.

Katie plans to compete at the 2026 Paralympics in Cortina,. Her goal is to bring home a medal for Canada.
