My name is Logan LeFeuvre and I am currently living and ski racing out of Collingwood Ontario. I am 16 years old and have just finished my first-year ski racing in FIS for the Ontario Development Ski Team headed into my second year.
This past season racing FIS was an incredible experience being able to challenge myself at the highest level to improve my skills and develop as both an athlete and an individual. I was able to travel, train and race in amazing new places around the world improving my skiing and results throughout the ski racing season.
My biggest highlights for me would include training indoors in Belgium, exploring new areas such as the Yukon and Chile, as well as racing the senior nationals and finishing the year with one of the lowest scores for a first year FIS athlete this year in the GS at the Mega Series in Sun Peaks.
In the off season I have spent time developing myself racing and riding mountain bikes, motocross and water sports. I have also worked with youth camps in the Collingwood area during the summer.
Ski racing is my passion which has brought me a lot of joy as well as many lessons learned on and off the slopes. Making the decision to become a ski racer has been the best decision of my life due to the experiences, memories, connections, and friends made throughout my path. The biggest goal of mine is to be a life long skier as well as to enjoy every moment I have with the sport.
For the coming season I am starting as a second-year athlete on the ODST with my goal being to develop further as well as to have an opportunity to make the Ontario Ski Team. To continue to participate at this level of ski racing my family has made significant financial commitments to help me achieve my goals. I am partnering with Snow Athletes of Canada to help raise money to offset these costs associated with the cost of ski racing. Any contributions are super appreciated to help me achieve my goals.
